Plurial Novilia, Entreprise Sociale pour l’Habitat (ESH), a subsidiary of the Action Logement group, which manages more than 35,000 housing units in Champagne-Ardenne and Ile-de-France (Seine-et-Marne and Essonne), is today opening 8 units in the town of Avenay-Val-d’Or, in the Marne region.
Located on Pierre Dubois Avenue, the program consists of 8 individual (3 T3 and 3 T4) and semi-individual (2 T2) rental units, plus 6 attached garages and 8 outdoor parking spaces. The T4 and T3 are designed on two levels and the two T2s are superimposed with access from an outside staircase.
The roofs of the apartments are made of brown tiles while the facades are covered with a smooth, off-white, monolayer smooth plaster. An alternating set of entrance doors, brick frames or light grey shutters in the joinery, as well as a slight offset of the facades of the houses, allows the dwellings to be individualized from each other.
The entire programme has a low density, built in harmony with existing housing, and gardens with large trees separated by hedges and persistent vegetation.
Begun in October 2017, the work will have lasted approximately 18 months.
